Beijer Ref Singapore announces acquisition of Central Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning (Pte.) Limited

Singapore, 1st May 2025 — Beijer Ref Singapore has signed an agreement to purchase the assets of CENTRAL REFRIGERATION AND AIRCONDITIONING (PTE.) LIMITED.

CENTRAL REFRIGERATION AND AIRCONDITIONING (PTE.) LIMITED is a wholesaler of refrigeration and HVAC parts and components based in Singapore.

Founded in 1966, the company set out with a clear vision: to deliver essential cooling solutions through strategic partnerships with renowned component manufacturers. It is a trusted provider of refrigeration and air conditioning solutions, driven by decades of expertise and a steadfast commitment to quality over quantity.

This marks a significant milestone in Beijer Ref Singapore’s growth strategy in the region, enhancing its service offerings and continuing to deliver exceptional value to its customers.
